A lovely double room is available in a bright terraced house. I’m only moving out to live with my girlfriend - otherwise I’d happily stay. The house is a charming classic 70s terrace with an open-plan ground floor: a kitchen - diner at the front and a cosy sitting room at the back, which opens onto the garden and a shed.

Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms and a bathroom with both a bath and a shower, plus there’s a second loo downstairs. There’s also a handy home office at the rear, ideal for working from home. The available bedroom is at the back of the house, so you’ll enjoy the sunrise. It comfortably fits a double bed and offers plenty of storage with double wardrobes and space for additional drawers.

You’ll be sharing with Harriet and James, a lovely couple from New Zealand. They’re easy-going, active - whether that’s running or yoga - and they cook some great food.
