We are looking for a lovely, wholesome girl to replace one of our flatmates who is going travelling. This is a beautiful flat in the heart of Clapham South. Our preferences are that you are aged between 24-28, female, non-smokers and are looking for friends as well as flatmates.

The flat:
4-bed flat in a safe apartment block just 7 minutes walk from Clapham South station. The property has 3 bathrooms (1 being an on-suite), a separate kitchen and living room, and a lovely balcony which is glorious in the sun 🌞 With plenty of grocery shops and bakeries just minutes from the flat, you’re never short of supplies (or a Gail’s!).

A bright double room with a double doors to private balcony. Room comes with everything apart from the big mirror, so you’ll have a wardrobe, chest of drawers and there is storage under the bed. Shared bathroom with one other girl.

About the girls:
All between the ages of 24-27 (2 of us are sisters) and have lived in the flat for over a year. We love going for walks, trying new coffee shops and having movie nights in, but also love a good bottomless brunch or night out with friends so we enjoy the balance and are looking for girls who have similar interests! We are incredibly respectful and clean tenants so we’d need you to be too
