There is one double room available in our maisonette flat in the heart of Clapham High Street. Walkable distance from all shops and restaurants, tube stations, and Clapham Common!

I am leaving this flat after a year because I would like to travel. However, I have had an amazing time living here, and I’m sure you will too!

The bedroom avalible is bright and cosy. It comes equipped with a double bed, chest of draws, and clothes rack.
There is a shared bathroom and kitchen/living area with the other two flat mates.
Despite being so close to the high street, the flat is located in a quiet area.

The flat mates you will be living with are young professional males. They are relaxed but also do like to socialise and always up for a drink.

I am moving out on the 29th of December, so the flat is available on the 30th of December.

Rent is £700 a month (bargin!!!!) paid at the beginning of the month.
Bills come to around £140 a month (inc council tax)
