I’m looking for someone to take over my double bedroom in a lovely flat in Clapham South. The move-in date is ideally asap.
The room is fully furnished, with built-in storage and a desk that’s perfect for WFH. The flat has an open-plan kitchen/living area and a small balcony. There are two showers (you’ll share with just one other person) and one toilet – surprisingly never an issue even with four people. All bills are included, and we have a weekly cleaner, which is a huge bonus!
We’re in a great location:
• 10 minutes’ walk to Clapham South station
• 15–20 minutes’ walk to Balham
• Quick bus ride to Brixton
• There are plenty of big supermarkets nearby, plus lots of lovely independents - Abbeville Road is less than a 5 minute walk away.
The flat is on the top floor (3rd) of a friendly council estate with no lift. The estate is safe with a real community feel, and the wider area of Clapham South is very nice.
You’ll be living with three friendly girls: one works in a nursery, one is a civil servant, and one works for a charity. Everyone has their own routine but we keep the flat clean and comfortable.
