It's in a quiet, green area and a 15-minute walk to Clapham South underground station and walking distance to Clapham Common or Tooting Common. There are convenience stores within a 10-minute walk. The flat is in a building of 9 flats with young couples and older people residing.
You'll be living with Gosia, a 26-year-old working professional who is also pursuing a degree in psychology! Due to her job, she is often out of the flat but is keen to live with someone who is looking for a friendly flatmate but also enjoys her personal space. She is into gym, sports, cooking, and coffee.
We work with a property manager who is responsive to any maintenance needs.
