Double room in a two bed flat, sharing with one professional female. Big living space with eating area and large kitchen with walkout to the private walled garden. Shared bathroom. The room currently doesn't have a desk so someone who works in an office or hybrid is ideal. High ceilings and big wardrobes with a TV mounted in the centre.

Some bills included, apart from water, gas and electricity. Usually around £100 but variable especially in colder months.

Great location on a side street off Clapham High Street, nearly equidistant between Clapham Common, High Street and North stations.

I have a 6 year old golden retriever who’s very friendly. She doesn't have to come into your private space but would be present in all of the shared space. She has regular daycare and sitters though so won’t be home 24/7.

I'm Canadian, in the UK for 9 years. I get along with almost everyone! I enjoy spending time with friends, cooking, having a few drinks (not a frequent partier though), and spending loads of time out in the parks with the dog!

This is a short term let as the flat is up for sale so looking for anyone in search of 1-2 months with possibility of extension as these things can take time. If interested, let's chat ☺️
