Hi! I’m moving back home and need to find someone to takeover my lease in February 2026. The lease ends in September 2026 and we’d like to find someone to stay the whole duration, with the option to renew afterwards.

Everyone in the share is very friendly, clean, and we respect the need for down time. I find it to be a great bubble to wind down in after working full time. We often spend evenings cooking, watching Netflix, or at the gym. We’re 24-27 and keen to find a woman to balance out the flat (2 men, 2 women).

The flat is in an amazing location, with Clapham Common station being a 5 minute walk, 7 minutes to Clapham High Street overground, and 2 minutes to a big Sainsburys. There’s also lots of cafes, bars and clubs at your doorstep.

The landlady is very responsive and reference checks are quick and easy, making it perfect for someone who just moved or is on a visa.
