Double room located 12 mts walk from Clapham South

Hey there we have a room available in Clapham since our flatmate is moving back to Australia.
The flat is a 3 bedroom house with a separate living room, kitchen, WC, bathroom and a balcony.

We are a couple and another friendly girl from Ireland. We are all professionals therefore looking for another professional ideally with a 9-5pm. We are looking for someone who is respectful, CLEAN( its a must!) and just good vibes in general 🙂

The room it’s located a 12 minute walk from Clapham south which takes you to Central London in less than 25 minutes! Otherwise you can get the bus.

We are on a monthly rolling contract however we prefer individuals who prefer to stay long term as we been here almost a year.
