Lovely flat, nice atmosphere and garden, has storage area in basement for bikes etc. Want someone who is house proud (i. e. will look after the place) and will get on with two men who are sociable but respectful. We want someone who we can get along with to keep up the family style energy in the house and to look after the place with us.
The room is currently being used as an office but has had a tenant with a double bed in there previously, the bed will need to be acquired yourself (although we do have a plug-in inflatable double bed if desperate). Happy to donate some drawers if needed.
