You would be sharing with one other professional female, Kate, who is in her mid-30s who works from home 2-3 days per week. She prioritises early nights and early mornings, with a clean and calming home environment, so would be looking for someone who shares similar values. This flat is not a party flat. Happy for the new tenant to work from home, but looking for someone with a similar balance and who also does go into the office each week. Ideally looking for a female in their 30s.
