***Flat in Clapham**

I am looking for someone to take over my lease as I am moving out of my lovely flat!

The rent is £1058 + bills (approx £150 total, which includes council tax, WiFi, water, gas and electricity) less in summer. Ideally looking for someone to move in and start paying rent on the 14th of Feb, can be flexible if needing the move in date earlier.

Room: fully furnished and ready to move into! Able to leave the desk behind, but happy to remove if not needed. Plenty of space and light and overall super cozy. Big double wardrobe and chest of drawers, with plenty of space to store suitcases, and other bulky things.

Flatmates: Milly (27) works in property and Tilly (27) is a trainee solicitor. The girls know each other from uni and we have all gotten all really well over the last 10 months. Super friendly flat & happy to hangout while still doing our own thing.

Location: 10 min walk to Stockwell station (Northern and Victoria line), a 10 min walk to Battersea Powet Station and about 15 min walk into Clapham Old Town. Lots of bus routes nearby also and generally takes about 25/30 mins to be in central london.
The flat is on a quiet street, which always feels really safe and the flat itself is in a locked complex.
