Two of my current flatmates are moving out soon, so I’m looking for two respectful and tidy people to join the flat.

- Current flatmate is selling two chest of drawers seen in the photos (in white) if interested

Location
- Approximately 10 minute walk to Clapham South tube and Clapham common
- Large Tesco down the road plus a Sainsbury’s local and M&S
- Only 5 minute walk to Abbeville Road with great cafes, local shops, and restaurants

Rent is £950 per month. Bills are about £150 per month. Lease renewal via letting agency with standard referencing and deposit.
