THE FLAT 🏡
It’s a top floor 4 bed massionet with its own front door and garden - chilling in the garden with a book and glass of wine 👌🏻There is a super girly living room with a well-stocked pink drinks cabinet. The kitchen has everything needed including a dishwasher, washing machine and a Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser 😍 The bathroom was renovated just over a year ago and has a bath/shower and a selection of lovely rubber ducks.
THE ROOM 🛏- £1050 a month.
Situated at the back of the house, overlooking the garden and getting the lovely morning sun. It comes with the bed, desk, white chest of drawers, mirrors and a built in wardrobe and cupboard- more storage than you could imagine possible! It was freshly painted last year.
THE AREA 🌳🏪
You couldn’t get a better area to live, which is why I won’t leave! Abbeville village is 30 second away with The Abbeville pub, Pizza Express, Gails and co-op being some personal favourites. It is filled with independent shops and has a safe and friendly vibe. The flat is a 5-7 minute well lit walk to Clapham South tube and 5 minutes to the common for a tinnie, picnic or walk!

You’ll be living with me, Sarah, a 29y/o teacher. I enjoy a chilled eve, chatting with the TV on and exploring London on the weekend. I’m an avid traveller and love a meal out!
Lucy is 26y/o, working in PR and a relative newbie to Clapham. She loves running, reading, chatting, coffee and exploring new areas of London!
Kizzy is 27 y/o product designer who moved in last summer. She enjoys cycling, crafting, a trip to the pub and has just started the joy of gossip girl!
YOU 👯♀️
We’re looking for not just a housemate but someone who wants to find the best Sunday roasts, have a picnic on the common, go for drinks/brunch and spend our work evenings catching up on the days events in front of the TV. This isn’t a party house but certainly looking for girls who want to become friends. We have all the TV subscriptions and binge everything from hard hitting documentaries to trashy reality TV! Of course, we have our own friends and are looking for people who respect each other’s time and space. We’re very house pride and see this flat as a home so it is important that it is always kept clean and tidy! So we’re certainly looking for someone who is tidy and respectful of each other’s shared space.
THE SMALL PRINT 📜
This will be a tenancy swap so you would be joining our contract until July 2027. Looking for people who want a long term home but can change tenants in and out if needed. The deposit is around £990. A British/European passport is preferred by the landlord and a minimum salary of £30k is required for referencing.
Move in date would be mid-late February as our current housemate is just confirming her new place! Looking for someone who can be flexible!
