Social vibes in Clapham sharehouse - Feb/March

We have two rooms available in our beautiful Clapham terraced house and we're looking for new housemates in their 30s to replace them. We’ve had a great vibe in the house where we’ve become friends and have pub nights, brunches, and even going on trips together (we’re not a party house though). We’d love to maintain the same dynamic with people who are looking to make the place feel like real a home.

It’s a large 4 bedroom terraced house situated next to Clapham Common park and in between Clapham Common underground and Clapham Junction station (15 mins walk for both) with a massive kitchen, living room, dining room, and basement for laundry and loads of storage for your suitcases. We’ve also got a backyard that’s perfect for summer BBQs. There’s a shared bathroom for 3 of the rooms with the 4th room having an ensuite and there’s an additional toilet downstairs. All rooms come furnished with bed, mattress, and built in wardrobes.

Rent: £950/month
Bills: £120/month approx
Deposit: £994
Contract: 12 month lease (with reference checks)

About us
You'll be living with Tara (34) who works in marketing and Lauren (31) who works in events, both Aussies who are very easy going and always up for chats, movie nights, or drinks.
