A lovely, bright double bedroom with large windows overlooking the house garden. The bedroom is located on the first floor and sits next to a neighbouring bathroom, which you would share with one other person. The room includes a built-in sink.. something you don’t see often, but which is surprisingly useful!
The room is unfurnished, although I’d be happy to discuss any items you may wish to keep (e. g. a wardrobe or bed frame).
The house itself is very spacious and arranged over multiple levels, including a large cellar for storage:
Cellar
Ground floor: Lounge/dining room, kitchen, garden
First floor: *This bedroom and bathroom
Second floor: Two bedrooms
Third floor: Double bedroom and bathroom
Fourth floor: Double attic room
The current rent is £1,008.45 per month, which increases annually in line with inflation. Bills are approximately £100 per month. Due to the size of the property, we also have a cleaner who regularly cleans all bathrooms and communal areas.
You would be living with four lovely girls, aged 28–34, all working professionals. On average, everyone works from home around three days per week, with each person having a desk in their own bedroom. As a household, we’ve enjoyed some great trips together and the occasional group meal, though weekday cooking is usually done individually.
Due to busy work schedules and allowing sufficient time for applications, viewings will ideally take place on the following dates:
Monday 16th February
Tuesday 17th February
There is some flexibility with the move-in date, though early March would be preferred. (6th–8th)
