It's got a decent sunny garden out back, complete with dining table and bbq, as well as a little terrace at the front for the evening sun. It also has two bathrooms, so there's always one free!
Bedroom is a large double bedroom (with room for a desk to WFH) @ £985/month (excluding bills).
Bills usually work out around £140 per month. This includes council tax, water, gas/electric, high speed internet.
