There is a cosy double bedroom available in the heart of Clapham Common for £1000 excluding bills.

Bills are approx £185- £200 PCM per person.

A 2 minutes walk from Clapham Common station, the numerous buses, and Clapham Common Park itself. There is also a large Sainsburys, M&S, Iceland, and other stores a few minutes away and a number of pubs and restaurants!

The room and facilities:

1. Fully furnished - Furnishings include an ottoman double bed, with built in under-bed storage, a wardrobe, a desk, chair and baby pink curtains;
2. High speed broadband;
3. Open plan kitchen - with a washing machine and dishwasher;
4. There is parking, subject to a parking permit offer via Lambeth Council; and
5. Flexible move in date - can be earlier or later.

Ideal flatmate?

1. Someone who is clean and tidy! A MUST in fact. Works both ways of course. Cleaning will be 50/50. 😉
2. Ideally someone who is based in the “office” as I work from home quite a bit.
3. It would be great to live with someone who enjoys their own space, but also wants to occasionally hang out, cook the odd meal together, and/or pub?!🌚;
4. No couples, single occupancy only; and
5. Open to both long and short lets.
