It’s a gorgeous 4 story house just off Wandsworth Road, sharing with three lovely girls aged 28, 29, and 30.
The deets:
* £1150 a month, bills not included
* Bills are rough £150 a month
* Includes two rooms! An study/spare room and a bedroom
* Sharing a bathroom with one other person
* Move in date 11th February
For the whole house, there’s a really spacious kitchen and living room, outside space, and utility room with a washer dryer and extra fridge.
Zone 2 and really well connected!
* 4 minutes from Wandsworth Road overground, Windrush Line
* 15 minute walk from Clapham North
* 15 minute walk to Nine Elms tube station
* 25 minute walk to Battersea park
* 15 minute walk to Clapham old town
* 15 minute walk to Nine Elms Sainsbury’s
Genuinely can’t recommend the location enough, it doesn’t take too long to get anywhere!

Violine (Vee for short), 28, French - I work in product for a cosmetic brand. Big reader, love cooking and baking, long walks and I like keeping active. I’m a proper foodie, love a vibey pub as much as a cozy night in with movies and good food. I’m friendly and easygoing, enjoy a good chat, and I’m always up for trying something new or discovering new places
Jemima (Jem), 29 - I work in tech for Sainsburys. Hobbies include handstands & all things calisthenics, buying clothes on Vinted, a large white wine, slow runs around Clapham Common, and cooking delish dinners. I love making new friends and am always down for a trip to the pub, night out, or going to a random event/activity in London together!!
Aliesha, 30 - I work as a a recruiter. I’m a massive filmie attending events at BFI, watching multiple films a week, love music/gigs and all. Try to be as active as I can with daily walking, holidays and main thing I love is a good social/seeing friends. Always down to meet new people and become friends with the people I live with both in the house and excursions around London!
They’re looking for someone who’s friendly, clean and tidy, and a good fit.
Sad to be leaving as I love the house and rooms so want to see it go to a good home!
