Clapham Rental

Looking for 2 new housemates to sign onto a twelve month lease. Me and my partner are currently living in the address and looking to sign on for another 12 months (with option to extend further) as the other 2 housemates are leaving.
Flat has 1 shared bathroom, outdoor patio area and communal area. Both rooms come with bed and closet space. Bills (such as water, council rates, internet) are split 4 ways.
We both wfh 2-3 days per week, and often spend our nights catching up with friends and the weekend playing sports or going out for a dance.
Looking to have sociable people who are also happy to do their own thing move in.
