With our flatmate moving in with his girlfriend, we are looking for a fun and social individual to move into our lovely 4 bed town house, close to Clapham North and Wandsworth Road stations.

We are therefore advertising a large, furnished double room available from the end of February. Rent is £950 pcm, with bills totalling an extra £150ish each month. The tenancy is up for renewal in September with the option to extend.

Location:

• ~10 min walk to Clapham North station for Northern Line, 15 min walk to Stockwell station for the Victoria Line, 2 min walk to Wandsworth Road for the Overground and on the bus route into Vauxhall, CJ and Central London.

• 10 min walk to Clapham high street’s shops including a large Sainsbury’s and PureGym

• Close to green space including both Clapham Common and Battersea Park

House Features:

• Large kitchen with ample storage & lots of fridge and freezer space

• Someone who is chilled out and enjoys sport.

• Has their own friendship groups but would be keen to mix in and enjoy doing stuff as a house like watching films or pub trips.

• As housemates we are very social and enjoy going to the local pub, hanging out together and having friends round for drinks and dinners. So, we’d like these qualities to be shared with our new flatmate.

• We also like to keep the house clean and tidy so we’d appreciate the new flatmate to respect this too.
