Bright Double Room by Lovely Abbeville Village

We’re looking for a friendly, easy-going housemate to take a double room in our lovely 4 bed, two bathroom house, ideally located just moments from Abbeville Village and a short walk to Clapham South tube.

The room is a good-sized double with plenty of natural light, in a relaxed, well-kept home. It has double built in wardrobe. The house did come unfurnished apart from the bed and mattress. Ailish, our housemate who is moving home may be keen to sell on other furniture in the room including chest of drawers.

You’d be sharing with three sociable girls in our late 20s / early 30s. We’re friendly and enjoy spending time together but also respect each other’s space. Typical interests include Pilates, brunch, art galleries, running, pub trips, and going out for dinner. The house has a calm, grown-up vibe rather than being a party house.

We’re looking for someone who is chilled, relaxed, easy-going, clean, and considerate, and who’s keen to be part of a friendly household rather than just renting a room.

The location is a real highlight — great cafés, pubs, green spaces, and transport links right on the doorstep.
