Looking for someone to take over one of the rooms in this 3 bed flat (long term). There’s 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet, a kitchen and a spacious living room, there’s also parking as well if you need it.

This is in such a good location, right opposite Clapham Common park and a 15/20 min walk to either Clapham Common or Clapham Junction Station.

Rent is £1,200 and bills is around £130 a month, we also get a cleaner in.

There is a bed and a desk in the room which you can keep. It comes with a built in wardrobe too.

We really want to make sure we get someone that we can also be friends with but has their own things going on. We’re both out for work most days and would love to find someone of similar age, interests and who also values a clean and tidy space.
