I’m moving out of my much-loved room (only because I’m moving in with my partner), and we’re looking for someone excellent to take over.
The room:
Bright, spacious, and flooded with natural light. Comes with a bed, desk, and lots of storage. You had a separate area (not pictured) with a desk, window, and closet that serves as a mini-office. You also get your own bathroom with excellent water pressure.
The location:
Quiet, leafy neighbourhood that’s very peaceful. Around a 15-minute walk to the Northern Line and the Common. Very close to a large Sainsbury’s, Lidl, and Tesco.
The household:
You’ll be living with three genuinely great guys. We’ve lived together for four years and all met through SpareRoom!
* Federico – Italian gardener, super friendly, loves to travel, and always up for an adventure
* Tyrone – works in retail, half Malaysian / half Aussie, always down for a proper chat and can cook roast potatoes like no other (objectively true)
* Zam – British consultant, brings the banter, strong kitchen presence, incredibly smart.
We’re a social flat that actually enjoys each other’s company. We host dinner parties, hang out, laugh a lot, and share the space, but it’s not a party flat. Everyone respects work, sleep, and alone time.
Extra perks:
*We have a cleaner that comes twice a week to clean common areas (included in rent). *There is a garden, lovingly maintained by Federico, which means it’s not just “technically outdoor space, it’s genuinely nice.
*If you have a bike, we have a room dedicated for extra storage.
Who we’re looking for:
We are open to all, but ideally someone in their late 20s to early 30s who’s clean, kind, easygoing, and looking for a place that feels like home rather than a short-term pit stop.
