* Deposit: 5 weeks
* Available from: 6th March
* Ideally long-term: 6+ months
* En-suite bathroom
* Fully furnished
* WFH friendly, but we’d ideally like someone who’s in the office at least 3 days a week (balance is key)
* Non-smoking household
* No pets
Admin done. On to the good stuff.
I’m moving out of my much-loved room (only because I’m moving in with my partner), and we’re looking for someone excellent to take over.
The room:
Bright, spacious, and flooded with natural light. Comes with a bed, desk, and lots of storage. You also get your own bathroom with excellent water pressure — the kind that quietly spoils all other showers.
The location:
Quiet, leafy neighbourhood that’s peaceful most of the time, with the occasional interruption from foxes having absolutely unhinged nighttime conversations. Around a 15-minute walk to the Northern Line and the Common. Very close to a large Sainsbury’s, Lidl, and Tesco — grocery convenience is elite.
The household (this is why the flat works): You’ll be living with three genuinely great guys who have somehow managed to live together happily for four years — a rare and beautiful London achievement:
* Federico – Italian gardener, super friendly, loves to travel, and always up for an adventure
* Tyrone – works in retail, half Malaysian / half Aussie, always down for a proper chat and can cook roast potatoes like no other (objectively true)
* Zam – British consultant, brings the banter, strong kitchen presence, incredibly smart.
We’re a social flat that actually enjoys each other’s company. We host dinner parties, hang out, laugh a lot, and share the space — but it’s not a party flat. Everyone respects work, sleep, and alone time.
Extra perks:
Yes, there’s a garden, lovingly maintained by Federico, which means it’s not just “technically outdoor space” — it’s genuinely nice.
Who we’re looking for:
Ideally a woman in her late 20s to early 30s who’s clean, kind, easygoing, and looking for a place that feels like home rather than a short-term pit stop.
If this sounds like your vibe, send us a message telling us a bit about yourself.
