Double room in Clapham flat

I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in a homely two bed flat in Clapham North.

You’d be living with me - I’m 30, work in finance in the office 3/4 days a week. I like a nice plod with a coffee, jogging, swimming and trying new places to eat. I’m pretty laidback, I like time on the sofa, a walk around the common and a glass of wine, so would be gorg to find someone who might want to join sometimes and has similar interests.

I’m hoping to find another professional who is clean, tidy and looking for a chilled home.

The bedroom is nice and light and has built in wardrobes and a double bed. The flat is one of four in a Victorian house. Location is ideal, five mins from Wandsworth road station, ten mins to Clapham North and about fifteen to Stockwell. It’s ten minutes to Clapham old town which has lots of gorgeous coffee shops and pubs.

Bills are currently around £200 per person per month. Move in date in April, but could be flexible.
