Double Room Avalable - Clapham North

I’m moving out of my room in a modern, spacious flat in Clapham and looking for someone to take it over from 12th March.

The room is a small, furnished double — ideal if you want a comfortable base in a great area. Bills are not included.

The flat is bright, modern, and well kept, with everyone taking pride in keeping shared spaces clean and tidy. It’s well laid out with plenty of communal space and in an amazing location — 3 minutes from Clapham High Street and 5 minutes from Clapham North, with loads of cafés, gyms, pubs, and transport links nearby. It is council tax band B. There’s also:
- A small garden
- Two WCs (no morning queues!)
- A relaxed but well-looked-after feel

You’d be living with Justin (32) and Luke (28). Justin is a Kiwi accountant who’s into running, climbing, golf, and live music. Luke is an architect who enjoys running, swimming, cooking, and socialising. They’re both friendly, sociable, and chatty, but also tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. The flat has a welcoming atmosphere, while everyone has their own routines and social lives.

They’re looking for someone:
- Mid-20s to mid-30s
- Professional, in full-time employment
- Friendly and considerate
- Able to provide references
