We have a lovely room for £1288 in Clapham North available on the 1st of March for an initial 12 month lease with a 6 month break clause

It’s a 6 min walk to Clapham North tube (Northern Line), 6 min walk to Clapham High Street (Overground), 8 mins walk to Stockwell (Viccy line) so it’s a super convenient location on a beautiful quiet road.

The house has 8 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, utility room, 3 bathrooms and a separate toilet.
You would be sharing a shower and toilet with two others.

There are currently 4 girls and 3 guys living here, aged between 23 and 30 (no couples).
We’re a sociable bunch who do pub quizzes, nights out, trash tv in the evenings and the occasional dinner party, so we’re looking for someone who’d integrate and get involved ✨
