You'll have the top floor of the flat that you'd have to yourself. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed and plenty of space for additional furniture if needed. The room includes a modern private ensuite bathroom, a Juliet balcony and a generous walk-in wardrobe, offering excellent storage and privacy.

You will be moving in with two British males. Jack owns his own business and Luca works in events, both having lived for a few years in shared houses so they know the drill.

Overall a very friendly, sociable and chill flat so looking for someone to fit in whose tidy, mature and friendly. You'll need to go through referencing checks.

Location is perfect - it's either a 10 minute walk to Clapham Common or Clapham South tube or 20 minute walk to CJ. The living room overlooks the common!

Room is £1600 a month, plus bills which will be around £80 per person.
