We have a bright double bedroom with ensuite available in a gorgeous maisonette on Northcote Road, with loads of cafes, shops, bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. Clapham Junction is about a 10 minute walk and Clapham South around 15–20 minutes.

It really is a dream flat with dream flatmates (3 tenants in total). The room is only available because I’m relocating out of London, so we’re looking for someone to take my place and live with two other lovely girls in their mid-20s who work in the city a few days a week. It’s a really nice balance of everyone doing their own thing but also catching up in the evenings, watching some trash TV or having a drink together now and then.

The room has great storage with large fitted wardrobes and its own small ensuite. The flat is 3 bed / 3 bath so everyone has their own bathroom, and this room is on the upstairs floor on its own which gives you a bit of extra privacy. The flat is really well kitted out too, with underfloor heating, air con in the lounge, plus a dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Rent is £1500 plus bills which usually come to around £100–150 per month. It’s not suitable for couples, and no students unless also in full-time work (no council tax exemptions, sorry). Full referencing will be carried out by the letting agency.
