A cosy, bright double room with a large window that gets great natural light. There’s space for a desk (ideal for WFH), plus under-bed storage. It’s compact but well laid out and feels peaceful and private.

Split-level, so it feels spacious and nicely separated

🌳 Very close to Battersea Park – perfect for walks/runs/summer hangs
⚡ Near Battersea Power Station
🛒 5 minute bus to Nine Elms Sainsbury’s
🚌 Bus outside the door:
15 mins to Waterloo
10 mins to Clapham Junction
It’s super well connected while still being close to green space, which is great.
