The rooms are a good size, and the flat has a spacious shared living area, kitchen, and bathroom.

About me:
You’ll be sharing with me — I’m from Spain, 26 years old, easy-going, friendly, tidy and organised. I work from home some days during the week.
I love going out for coffee and long walks. I’m definitely a morning person and I really enjoy chilled nights in. I love spending time with friends, but I also value personal space and a calm home environment.

• 25 min walk to Battersea Power Station tube
• Great bus connections
• Walking distance to several gyms, grocery shops, and lovely local spots
• 1 min walk to Sainsbury’s Local and Tesco Express

It’s an amazing area with lots of cafés, restaurants, and great energy — and a really good deal for London!

Costs 💷
£958 / £1008 per month per room + bills (around £100)
Deposit: £1008

Move-in date: 1st May

Requirements:
You’ll need to pass a background check by the landlord and provide proof of income, as required by the rental agency.
Minimum salary: £35K.
You must have the right to rent in the UK. If you are on a visa, you will need to provide details of your visa status and its expiry date.
