Spacious double room in Clapham

I'm moving out of this beautiful house, 5mins walk from Clapham South station, and my room needs a new owner.

We are looking for a girl to fill the room with a move in date of 29th April 2026. We would be looking to do viewings very soon and find someone by middle of March.

As housemates we are all young professionals and get on very well. We are looking for someone who will fit the chill social vibe that we have. We all enjoy quiet evenings in front of the tele as much as dinner parties with friends. We also host some of the best house parties around!

Laura is 23 from Valencia and loves to keep herself active. She also is a big fan of a night out! If not in the club or at a gym class, you will find her in a thrift shop or in the kitchen, baking her famous chocolate chip cookies. She also loves quiet evenings with a good book!

Ricardo is 27 from Madrid and is the musician of the house. He is often playing one of his guitars or the piano (not too loudly 😅). He is also active and loves a day trip.

Daniel is 26 from the Canary Islands and has just arrived back in London from his travels in South East Asia. He is missing the sun but keeps himself busy playing tennis and meeting friends for drinks. He is also the paella chef for our house parties!!

The house is amazing, huge, and we have a garden as well. Summer is so fun here - we are directly opposite the common and a very short walk from Clapham South station.

- The room is in the centre of the house on the 1st floor.
- 4.11m x 3.51m dimensions.
- £1,100/month + bills (c.£165/month)
- You will also be taking over the deposit from me when you take the room on (Note this is £1,298 as the 4 of us split it equally when we moved in vs rent - the app doesnt account for that).
- No pets sorry.
