We’re looking for a fourth housemate to join us in our offer for this beautiful, bright home in the heart of Abbeville Village. This is a well-maintained, modern property with plenty of natural light and a private garden.

The three of us, Luke, Holly and I (Soraya) are friends who currently live together, we viewed the property earlier this week and our offer is likely to be accepted if we secure a fourth housemate this weekend. We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, tidy and keen to join a sociable but relaxed home.

- Double furnished room
- Bright and comfortable
- Due to the room size, it may not comfortably fit a desk, so it’s likely best suited to someone who doesn’t work from home full time
- Your share of the rent has been adjusted to fairly reflect the room size

Flat:
- 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
- Lovely south-facing private garden
- Separate kitchen and living room

Location:
- Abbeville Village full of fantastic shops/restaurants/bars/cafés
- 15 min walking distance to either Clapham Common or Clapham South tube stations
- Plenty of local bus routes
