The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and you would share it with me. There’s a lovely kitchen and living room area with a Victorian window, as well as a garden which is perfect in the summer!

The flat is located between Clapham Junction and Clapham Common. About a 10-minute walk from Clapham Junction and 15 minutes from Clapham Common on a really nice, safe street (the neighbours are lovely and always helpful!).

Rent is £1,375 per month and bills are around £150 per month, including everything.

The house is furnished, but the chair and desk shown in the bedroom photos belong to my current flatmate and will be taken with her.

About me: I’m 27, originally from Italy (so you could definitely benefit from Italian dinners 🍝!). I’m a dentist and work Monday to Thursday in the area, so the flat is usually quite calm during the week as I can’t work from home.

I’m sociable and enjoy spending time with friends, going to the pub, exhibitions, cinema, or trying new restaurants around London. I always try to cultivate my creativity as well, I love arts and crafts 🌱 I enjoy going to Pilates/the gym and be active and I love cooking!!

I’m looking for someone friendly, considerate and tidy who enjoys living in a clean and comfortable space. Ideally someone who has their own routine but is also willing to create a space that we can call home :)
