I have a Double room available in my friendly 2 bed flat off Union Road located in North Clapham. The current flat mate moved out to live with his partner so Ive taken the opportunity to newly renovated the bathroom with new carpets, new paint job etc. The flat is an 8 minute walk from Stockwell Tube station with access to Northern and Victoria Lines. Clapham Overground station is also a 12 minute walk. The room currently comes with a Double bed, cupboard, drawers, desk and bedside table.

The flat is in a quite, chilled area but can with local shops and pubs within a 3 minute walk. You can also walk to hot spots like Clapham, Brixton and Battersea all within 15 Minutes. The flat has a shared kitchen, bathroom and living room and has a shared garden to use in the summer. Youll be living with one sociable,, easy going 34 year old male who enjoys a good balance of fun and relaxation. I work in procurement for a london city law firm and work have a 3-2 office split.

Im a friendly, relaxed person who enjoys spending time with friends whether that be a pub quiz, board games or playing football, but also enjoys and respects the need for personal space.
