We have two cosy double rooms available in a spacious house on a quiet residential cul-de-sac, within easy walking distance of Clapham South and Balham Stations. Ideally situated between two commons: Clapham Common and Tooting Common.✨

This house has a separate living room with a SMART-enabled TV (perfect for Netflix and Amazon Prime fans!), a spacious kitchen/dining room, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, and a charming garden patio with a table and chairs. 🤌

Excellent transport links: Enjoy convenient access to London with a quick 20-minute walk or 10-15 minute bus ride to Clapham South or Balham stations. Balham station also provides access to London Victoria via the Overground in just 10 minutes, allowing for easy travel to central London. Enjoy the best of both worlds! 🤩

Room 1: A spacious, bright double room featuring a built-in wardrobe and a large window that floods the space with natural light. Includes a dedicated desk, making it perfect for working from home. 🔆

Room 2: A fully furnished double room complete with a comfortable bed, bedside table, and wardrobe. It also features a dedicated workspace for your WFH needs.👌

THE HOUSEMATES 🏠
You will be living with two other young male professionals in their 20s: Zach (27) and Ben (25). Since the current household is all-male, we are looking for two other male tenants to maintain the current dynamic.

We believe great housemate chemistry is key, so you'll have the opportunity to meet everyone before you move in!💯

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £125 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.👌

We are a boutique property company specialising in homely house shares in SW London. We take pride in personally meeting and hand picking our tenants to ensure we create the right dynamic in a sociable home.
