Excellent transport links: Enjoy convenient access to London with a quick 20-minute walk or 10-15 minute bus ride to Clapham South or Balham stations. You'll be joining Zach (27), a young professional, and James (26), who is currently completing his application. We have two more rooms available and are looking for friendly young professionals to help build a fantastic home environment!

We believe great housemate chemistry is key, so you'll have the opportunity to meet everyone before you move in! 💯

ALL-INCLUSIVE BILLS 💷
Your rent covers everything: gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, and TV license. We also provide a bi-weekly cleaning service and an in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may arise. 🤌

We are a boutique property company specialising in homely house shares in SW London. We take pride in personally meeting and hand picking our tenants to ensure we create the right dynamic in a sociable home.
