Hello! We are looking for a female to share with 4 others (2 females and 2 males) in a friendly, well-decorated professional house share with a cleaner and sunny patio garden. Tall ceilings and large living areas, the room available is a bright double room overlooking the back garden, with a double wardrobe and a small desk for WFH.

We’re a friendly, chilled household who like catching up over a drink now and then, while still having our own social circles. A few of us are into running and cycling, enjoy cooking and making the most of all London has to offer. We all work full time and have a mix of home working and in the office.

The house is non-smoking, and on a quiet street in a great part of Clapham Common, convenient to all the shops, supermarkets and restaurants etc and close to Clapham Common tube and Clapham Junction train station, just 10 mins walk to either. It is also only a 2 min walk from the Common itself. There are loads of buses within 2 mins, and some handy bus routes are 87 and 137.

Decorated to a high standard, there are 2 bathrooms, a separate lounge and a sunny patio garden. There is a very large kitchen which has a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc and the house has wireless broadband.

It's in Wandsworth so Council Tax is currently £25pcm, all other bills approx £75-80pcm.
