Double bed Clapham South

Room with double bed and wardrobe available from 1st May. Looking for a long term tenant, preferably a woman in her mid to late 20s who is a working professional.
It’s a beautiful three-bed flat with one bathroom (shower + bath) and a toilet. Big living room, dining room and kitchen. A communal garden for the building.
The flat is on the wonderful Abbeville Road, close to shops and groceries, and a 10-minute walk from Clapham South tube station and 5 minutes from Clapham Common.
We’re currently two girls living in the flat with typical corporate jobs and we’re looking for someone who’s sociable, chatty, easygoing, clean and tidy. We’re both quite healthy and active, but also enjoy relaxing together and separately at home.
There isn’t really space for a working from home set up - Madi already uses the dining room table twice a week for work.
