Cosy double room in a friendly flat available for £850 + bills in Clapham, moving date anytime over the Easter weekend or week after. Bills are generally around £110 per person max (less over summer).

The flat contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms total (big shared bathroom with one other person only).

One housemate is a super friendly, social 29 y/o male working as a doctor and the other housemate is a lovely, adventurous 26 y/o female working in sustainability in the beer industry ☺️

Both housemates are very sociable, both as a flat and with our own friends, and we enjoy watching TV shows together in the evening 📺🍷

The room is furnished - bed, mirror, chest of drawers, bedside table and huge wardrobe all included 🛏️

It’s a super spacious flat with a decent sized kitchen and a large living room. It’s also very secure with a fob entry into the building and lockable bike shed. Off street parking is also an option - this will be additional to the rent and is organised through the managing agent.

There’s a bus stop outside the flat which makes getting into zone 1 and Brixton, Balham, Clapham very fast and it’s a short 15 minute walk to Clapham Common / North tube station, or a 20 minute walk to Clapham South in the other direction.

The current lease is until 10th October, but can be extended for longer if wanted, however with the upcoming changes this will become a rolling one month lease from May onwards.
