Double Room to Rent in Clapham Common

Hi! I'm moving out of London and renting my lovely room in a bright, modern 2-bed flat just off Clapham Park Road.
The room is a furnished double (bed, two wardrobes, chest of drawers) with its own bathroom. £1,000/month excluding bills (bills come to around £100/month)

The flat is on the 2nd floor of a modern block. There's a spacious, well-lit living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine). The other bathroom is also private to the second bedroom, so you won't be sharing.

Your flatmate would be Sophie, 29, from New Zealand. She's been in London a couple of years, works from home (desk in her own room), and is looking for someone social and chill.
Location is a 5-minute walk to Clapham Common tube. The walk home along Clapham Park Road is well-lit and usually busy, so it feels safe day and night.

Availability and contract: The room is available from 24th April. The current contract runs until July, which you'd take over (though on a rolling basis with a month's notice) but the landlord would prefer someone happy to stay on beyond that, so extending is very much an option.
