We have cosy double rooms available in a spacious house on a lovely residential cul-de-sac, within easy walking distance of Clapham South and Balham Stations. Ideally situated between two commons: Clapham Common and Tooting Common.✨

THE HOUSE 🏡
This house has a separate living room with a SMART-enabled TV (perfect for Netflix and Amazon Prime fans!), a spacious kitchen/dining room, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a charming garden patio with a table and chairs. 🤌

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD 🏘️
Enjoy convenient access to London with a quick 20-minute walk or 10-15 minute bus ride to Clapham South or Balham stations. Balham station also provides access to London Victoria via the Overground in just 10 minutes, allowing for easy travel to central London. Free 24/7 street parking is also available! 🤩

Close to boutique shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants (a 2-minute walk to the local coffee shop and supermarket).🛍️🛒

Room 1: Features a double bed, a wardrobe, and plenty of natural light. 🔆 Currently set up with a chest of drawers and side table, but we are happy to swap these back for a desk and chair, depending on your preference!

THE HOUSEMATES 🏠
You’ll be living with three other friendly young professionals:

Natalie (28): Loves cooking, baking, running, and playing field hockey.
Tessa (25): Enjoys cheerleading and reading.

We believe great housemate chemistry is key, so you’ll have the opportunity to meet the group before you move in! 💯

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £150 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.👌

We are a boutique property company specialising in homely house shares in SW London. We take pride in personally meeting and hand-picking our tenants to ensure we create the right dynamic in a sociable home.

We are not an agency (more like a professional landlord). As such, we do not take a commission or charge any fees. 👏
