You’ll be joining a great group of working professionals:

- James, a 23-year-old Food & Beverage graduate working at the London EDITION hotel. He enjoys the gym, sports, reading, walking, making music, and other creative things.

- Sam, a 25-year-old Audit Assistant Manager. He enjoys various sports (such as squash and badminton), dining out with friends, and relaxing at home watching TV or movies.

We believe great housemate chemistry is key, so you'll have the opportunity to meet everyone before you move in!💯

THE ROOMS 🛏️
Room 1: Bright, airy, and fully furnished! Includes a double bed, wardrobe, and desk. The large window ensures the room is filled with sunshine throughout the day.

Room 2: A second stylish double room, fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and desk. A lovely, bright space that offers a great balance of comfort and function.

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £150 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.👌

We are a boutique property company specialising in homely house shares in SW London. We take pride in personally meeting and hand-picking our tenants to ensure we create the right dynamic in a sociable home.
