The property features a private garden, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms (one full bathroom and one additional WC), making it comfortable for shared living.

There are three rooms available:
• Large double room — £950 per month
• Double room — £930 per month
• Small double room — £850 per month

All rooms are currently furnished, but tenants are welcome to keep the furniture or bring their own furniture if preferred.

The household is calm, clean, and respectful. I am Brazilian and looking for working, responsible, and tidy people who value a peaceful and organised home environment.

A weekly cleaning arrangement is in place to keep the house tidy and comfortable for everyone.
