Room in Clapham Common available 11/05 ☀️

Hi everyone!

Due to moving in with my boyfriend my lovely room in Clapham Common will be available from 11th May (3 bed flat on the first floor).

We are looking for a female housemate who is:

- Late 20s or early 30s

- a professional (no students sorry!)

- clean, friendly and respectful 😊

- no pets

- a non smoker

Location: 5 mins walk from Clapham Common station, the flat is moments from the Old Town square with Buddy’s deli, the Sun pub and all the other amenities of the high street including M&S, a large Sainsbury’s and a Waitrose 📍

Housemates: you’ll be living with two other lovely girls who are both working professionals and very friendly 🫶

Rent and bills: rent is £933.33 per month and bills come to around £120 💰

The flat: the room is super cosy and gets lots of light in the summer, the closet is opposite the room and is very roomy with a rail and a chest of drawers in there as well. The shoe storage, chest of drawers and table in the room are mine but happy to discuss leaving them/removing if needed! The rest of the flat is fully furnished as seen 🏠
