Hello, I’m looking for a professional to join the flat. ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED (electricity, water, gas, internet and council tax). The flat is 10 mins walk from Clapham South station. It has access to bus stations which are 2 minute away from the flat and from there it has access to central just with a single bus. The room is double with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and big kitchen and big living room. The flat is also 10 mins bus ride from Brixton and Stockwell tube stations and 15 mins walk from Clapham Common area which has plenty of activities. There is a private parking spot also. pets are considered as there is a dog in the flat already. Thank you
