I'm sadly having to move out temporarily so looking for someone to rent the room for at LEAST 6+ months ideally who will enjoy over the summer - please note will need someone to move in on / near 30th May to make this viable :)

Housemate: You'll be living with my friend, James. 33 year old professional in the hospitality industry who's clean and tidy, enjoys going out to bars / pubs / anything outdoors along with the odd late night and chilled nights in just as much. Incredibly friendly and welcoming, will respect your space as long as you can do the same!

Looking for someone respectful and tidy who will look after the room, enjoy the surrounding areas and keep in touch with me over the course of the tenancy to ensure flexibility on future move dates.
