​The Household 👥
​You’ll be sharing with two friendly, respectful professionals. You’d be living with Mary who’s an Aussie but has lived here for almost 7 years now and works in project management. She likes film/TV and sports. She’s staying on as she likes the flat and the area. The other flatmate will be Amy who will also be new - joining on 14 August (we’ll do the new leasing agreement altogether). She’s English, a vet and works at a clinic nearby. She has a puppy but comes with her everyday to work. We enjoy a sociable, relaxed atmosphere but fully respect everyone’s downtime and privacy. This is a tidy, peaceful home, not a party house. Looking for someone clean, easy-going, and considerate.

​Practical Bits 📝
​Bills: Approx. £120–£130/month (Includes Gas, Elec, Water, Council Tax, Broadband). We take turns with the shared items like toilet roll and cleaning products.
​Council Tax: Band E.
​Parking: On-street parking available.
​Management: Landlord managed day-to-day; deposit and paperwork secured via estate agent.
