We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our friendly and sociable home! We’re a mix of mid to late 20s Kiwis and Aussies (all working professionals), and we’d love to welcome someone easygoing, clean and tidy, and fun.

- Large ensuite bedroom on the first/top floor
- Queen-size bed
- Skylight
- Ample storage space including a large mirrored wardrobe and two chest of drawers
- Ensuite bathroom includes a rain shower and toilet
 
About the Flat:
- 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms
- Large kitchen/dining room – we enjoy having a Sunday flat meal and a couple glasses of wine 🍷
- Separate TV room with an unreal tv + pool table
- BBQ and outdoor space – perfect to relax in London summers ☀️
- Located just 15 minutes from both Clapham Common and Clapham South stations 🌳🌳
- Close to shops and bars as well as clapham and tooting common.

We’re a sociable bunch who enjoy good banter, occasional flat dinners, and a relaxed, respectful vibe.
