Clapham Common - Room

Looking for someone to move into the second bedroom in our flat. We’re a stone’s throw from Clapham Common, and the flat is a lovely maisonette with a great outdoor space as we’re on the ground floor.

I was previously living with my girlfriend, but after splitting up I’m now looking for a new flatmate. The flat itself is really nice and in a great location.

A bit about me - I’m easy-going, sociable, and enjoy sport, going to the pub, and seeing mates. I work a hybrid mix of office and home working, but I’m flexible and happy to work around each other’s schedules.

The only thing I ask is that you’re clean and tidy - definitely not looking for someone messy haha.
