Clapham Common - Spare Room & Garden

Looking for someone to move into the second bedroom in the two bed flat.

The flat is roughly half way between Clapham Common and Clapham Junction. It’s a minute or two from the common itself, along a quiet road.

It’s a ground floor maisonette with a great outdoor space. There is extra storage down in the cellar.

My last flatmate recently moved out, and after repainting am looking for a new flat mate.

Little bit about me: I’m easy-going, sociable, and enjoy playing and watching sport and going to the pub - am a Scotland rugby fan despite my strong English accent!

I enjoy hosting the occasional dinner party, or drinks (depending on my cooking and organisation skills!).

I wfh maybe once a week - not that often! The only thing I ask is that you’re clean and tidy - definitely not looking for someone messy.
