Looking for someone to join a tenancy in a 3 bed flat share in Clapham!

I’ve lived there for 3 years and am sadly moving out to live with my girlfriend (not so sad).

The room includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, and a kallax unit. There’s also a desk currently in the living room that we can move into the room if needed. The room has access to the balcony that catches a lot of sun in the summer - perfect for breaks when working from home!

The flat itself is really spacious, and you’ll be living with James (27, straight) & Nick (30, gay). They are both pretty chill and enjoy hanging out every now and again, either watching TV/Movies in the flat or going to the pub, but also respect people wanting their own space sometimes too! We have a large Living Room in with a TV and Netflix/Disney+/HBO/Sky and Sky Sports so plenty of choice!

There is a bathroom with a full bath and overhead shower and a separate toilet room and a kitchen equipped with Oven, Microwave, Gas Hob, Air Fryer & 2 fridges.

The flat is located on a quiet road in a really convenient location, you can walk to the following:

- 5 mins to Abbeville Road (shops, bars, cafes)
- 10 mins to Clapham South Tube Station (Northern Line)
- 10 mins to Clapham Common
- 25 mins to Brixton (shops, bars, restaurants) & Brixton Tube Station (Victoria Line)

Please note that the rent does not include bills, and these come to £135 each per month.
